Spinning Classes at Tilsley Park 

The sessions are designed for all abilities, including beginners, and you’ll reap the benefits of cycling miles without having to leave Tilsley’s transformed spin studio.

Spinning is a very effective way to build a leaner body; it’s great for shedding calories, toning your legs, glutes and core, and improving fitness and stamina while having low-impact on your knees and ankles. It’s not just the body that benefits from spinning classes either. The release of feel-good endorphins as you pedal along to the music will bust any stress and leave you feeling uplifted.

Unless you have taken out our new *premium membership, our non-member price is £7.00 per session and a discount of only £3.50 for Standard Abingdon Sports and Leisure Club Members/Tilsley Park Track Members.
