    The Zumba classes feature Latin rhythms and dance steps, as well as fitness intervals performed to world music. Classes are estimated to burn 400 to 600 calories per hour, much like other forms of fast social dancing like Salsa dance and disco. If you are looking for a fun new way to lose weight, Zumba is your answer!

  • Functional Circuits

    A functional circuit is a workout primarily revolving around a wide variety of functional and body weight exercises. This workout is aimed to improve anaerobic capacity, strength and body composition (Muscle-toning and fat-burning).

    Our partnership with Tri Training Harder, one of the UK’s leading Triathlon coaching companies. One of their highly skilled performance coaches will be on poolside to provide you with expert advice in a Masters-style session for swimmers of all abilities who want to get the most out of their swim session.     Attack those stubborn areas with this easy to follow classic aerobics class. A traditional favourite, to work your legs, bum and tum!

    Yoga poses are taught in a mindful, flowing sequence to strengthen the body and calm the mind. We will bring awareness to our mind, body and breath, whilst challenging co-ordination and balance through movement. These classes will improve flexibility, core strength, balance and concentration.

    An early morning 45-minute full-body training session to invigorate and energise for the day ahead. This session incorporates a wide range of body weight and equipment based exercises to keep training current, functional and fun! A station based class allowing individuals to work at their own ability and where exercises/ intensity can be adapted to suits all levels.

  • Body Weight HIIT and Stretch

    -

    The HIIT workout, also known as high intensity interval training is a workout that is widely recognised as the ultimate fat burning workout. Through a wide range of body weight exercises, the client will be asked to perform exercises under a short work and recovery time. Also known as interval training, the HIIT workout focuses primarily on anaerobic endurance, coordination and agility.
