Who am I?

My name is Shahbaz Suleman, I am 27 years old, I graduated with a 2:1 in Sport Exercise and Science (Strength and Conditioning) in 2013.

This is where i found great passion and gained in depth knowledge in strength and conditioning which includes Olympic lifting and plyometrics training. My style of training is very effective for those looking to lose weight, build muscle, strengthen and improve performance.

What can I do for you?

I have been in the health and fitness industry for around 9/10 years with my knowledge and experience I can help you achieve your goals from losing weight, strength training, Olympic lifting and sport related. I will guide you effectively with the right training and nutrition.

Plans and Prices

Your one-to-one personal training session will include:

  • A warm up
  • A main fitness session based on your own personal goals
  • A cool down and stretching exercise – with emphasis on good technique

£40 per one-hour session 

£55 per one-hour session for 2:1

If you book 5 or more Personal Training sessions you will get a Personal Programme FREE!

Your Personal Programme will include a session plan for 4 to 6 weeks based on your personal goals (this may be 3 to 5 days a week).

Your instructor will go through all of the exercises with you to make sure that you are doing them comfortably and correctly.

Your programme will also include nutrition advice and a guide (meal plans are not included).
